| All your customer needs to do is: 1. view the instructional video 2. mix up a gallon or two of the spray-on cleaning solution. 3.spray it over the carpet lightly to moderately. 4. place a damp, wrung-out terrycloth cotton pad on the carpet. 5. center the Challenger over the pad. 6. CLEAN CARPET! In contrast to the klunky machines your customers are accustomed to using, many actually find cleaning their carpets with the Challenger to be FUN!
